Why AubryMedia incubates its own products before spinning them off, and how the shared distribution layer accelerates every new launch.

The premise

Most agencies sell time. AubryMedia sells shipping velocity — and we first proved it on our own products.

Three steps

  1. Incubate — from idea to product, on the shared infra (SEO, content agents, analytics).
  2. Validate — distribution, first users, first revenue.
  3. Spin off — autonomous entity once the product stands on its own.

Why it's a flywheel

Every new product inherits the learnings of the previous ones: we already know the right channels, we already have audiences, we already have MCP servers automating half of the go-to-market.

The more we launch, the cheaper the next launch gets.
